How does the shuttle upon request work?

You can book a shuttle upon request through the call centre. It’s open Monday to Friday from 5:45 am to 8 pm and on Saturdays from 7:45 am to 6 pm.

Anyone who wishes to travel spontaneously and flexibly in Luxembourg can benefit from this service.

How can you use the shuttle service upon request?

Tell the call centre the place and time of departure and arrival you would like. We are also ready to meet special requests, such as regular journeys. We recommend, whenever possible, to request the service at least 45 minutes prior to the departure time.
Due to congestion at peak hours (8 am to 11 am and 2 pm to 5 pm), departure times are likely to be delayed – unless customers have booked their bus trip ahead of time.

Our management system determines the route. Sometimes, the shuttle makes a detour to pick up or drop off other passengers. Transportation of pushchairs and wheelchairs is possible.
